The original Connections program was conceived within our real estate company to assist new homeowners in locating reputable and budget-friendly contractors for their projects. Many of our customers were newcomers to Las Vegas or first-time buyers, lacking the local connections we possessed and seeking reliable partners for their needs. Over time, we expanded our reach to include a diverse array of trusted professionals beyond the realm of home improvement.

While the internet is flooded with review-based websites, we have steadfastly maintained a personal touch in our program to avoid the pitfalls of fake reviews and manufactured reputations. Our commitment to genuine feedback from our customers ensures that the quality service we expect is consistently delivered to our clients.

The majority of our contractors and professionals in the program have been referred to us by satisfied customers. We rigorously vet them by checking qualifications such as licensing, insurance, and bonding. Additionally, we consult the Better Business Bureau and the Nevada State Contractors Board for further information. We take pride in the fact that, over the years, we've had to remove only a few companies that failed to meet our high standards of customer service. While we cannot directly control their actions, we insist that the contractors provide real value, honesty, and integrity when serving our customers. Our founder and current president, Mike West, is a native Las Vegan who established Century 21 MoneyWorld in 1992, growing it into a top 10 real estate franchise in the United States.
